  • Is there a version of Dragonium Adventure for iOS devices?
    Not yet, but it probably will be in the future. The currently supported versions are for Android devices and Windows devices (PC).
  • The game does not start and has a blank screen. What should I do?
    Wait until the game shows signs of life. It may take a while, but eventually you can play. If not, close the app or restart your device and try again. If you encounter the problem many times, please report it along with your device model to help us understand which devices the error occurs most often on. If you are from an older mobile device, it is much more likely to happen. This is due to the fact that Dragonium Adventure is a game heavy enough to handle for a mobile device and is currently in the Alpha phase. We are trying to optimize the game to the best for almost all devices, even the older ones. If, on the other hand, you are from a newer device or a PC, you should have no problems whatsoever.
  • As soon as I start the game, in the main menu I find the error 8096: what should I do?"
    In this case, the version of the app may be out of date and would require a software update. Go to the Google Play Store if you use a mobile device, or go to the Download page of our official website if instead you use a PC to download the latest update. In case the update is not yet available, please wait a while before checking.
  • I cannot access Dragonium Adventure online services due to error 2174: what should I do?
    The servers may be unavailable or under maintenance. For information on servers and their status, visit this page. In case the servers are operational, but you always encounter this error, please check your Internet connection. For any problem, contact us here reporting the problem.
